Scaniy is Pakistan's first QR self-service printing platform. A customer scans the QR code on a print shop counter, uploads a PDF, Word file or photo from their phone, pays with JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card or cash, and the shop's printer prints it on its own. No app and no account are needed, and every file is deleted the moment it prints.
One customer at a time
At most print and photostat shops in Pakistan, getting a file printed means handing your phone across the counter, passing over a USB drive, or sending the file to the shop on WhatsApp. Then you wait until the shopkeeper has a free moment. Each job goes through one pair of hands, so one person at the counter holds up everyone behind them.
How Scaniy works
- Scan the counter QR. The customer points their phone camera at the Scaniy code on the counter.
- Upload from their own phone. A PDF, a Word document or a photo, straight from the phone they are holding.
- Pick colour, sides and copies. The price for exactly those settings appears before anything is paid.
- Pay online or in cash. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, a card, or cash handed over at the counter.
- Collect the pages. The shop's existing printer prints the job by itself.

Scaniy is for print, photostat and composing shops that print for walk-in customers, and for the people who print at them. It works at print shops in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
